If your order seems delayed or possibly lost, we’re here to help you get it sorted. Shipping issues are rare, but when they happen, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

📦 First, Check These Basics

  • Has it been more than 8 business days since shipment? Some packages may take longer, especially during high-volume times.

  • Check your tracking number for updates like “In Transit,” “Delayed,” or “Delivered.”

  • Look around the delivery area — some carriers leave discreetly or behind planters, porches, or mailbox clusters.

🔍 Still No Package? Here's What to Do

  1. Reach out to the carrier (USPS) with your tracking number. They can give more insight than public tracking shows.

  2. If it’s been more than 8 business days with no movement, contact our support team with:

    • Your invoice number 

    • The shipping address you used

    • Any tracking info you have
